The charming holiday home "De Brugse Zwaan" has recently been fully renovated and luxuriously furnished. The house dates from the 16th century and still contains some medieval features such as the authentic beams. It is very centrally situated in the old centre of Bruges, in a pedestrian street and in easy walking distance from the Main Market Square and the Belfry. It is the ideal location from which to visit the city with its many historical sights. The major shopping streets, which cater for all tastes, from internationally renowned luxury goods to locally made art works and of course the world famous Belgian chocolates and beers, are in the immediate vicinity.

On the first floor

One air-conditioned double bedroom with comfortable twin box spring beds, shower, washbasin and toilet in the room.

One smaller air-conditioned bedroom for 1 or 2 persons with shower, washbasin and toilet in the room.

On the second floor

One air-conditioned double bedroom with comfortable twin box spring beds, shower, washbasin and toilet in the room.

* Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
* Pets are not allowed.

Parking

* A private garage approximately 30 metres from the house is available at a cost of 8 euro per day.
* Other parking facilities: about 100 metres from the house is the underground car park "De Biekorf" (charged per hour).

Included in the price

* Electricity, heating and water usage.
* Linen is provided for the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen.

Immediately upon receiving confirmation from us of the availability of your chosen dates, you are equested to pay a deposit of 100 euro to the Fortis Bank (Belgium) – account number 01-3663163-34. Please state your name and reservation dates on the payment details. The payment of the deposit confirms and also guarantees your reservation. The balance of the total cost and a security deposit are to be paid on arrival. The security deposit will be fully reimbursed on departure, subject to there being no damage incurred to the house or contents.
